ENTRANCE:
• Gates open at 1:30pm - first performance 2:15pm featuring 2 stages
• There will be two (2) entrances to the venue, both feeding from Deer Lake Ave. The East Main Gate is located on the Northeast end of Deer Lake Park, next to the Shadbolt Centre. This gate will be open to patrons holding tickets , those purchasing tickets subject to availability and those picking up tickets at Ticketmaster Will Call . The West Gate is located on the Northwest side of the venue and is restricted to ticket holders and Ticket Fast only. Pedestrian access to the West Gate is via the Burnaby Art Gallery parking lot. Signage and event staff will assist in locating the appropriate access.

WILL CALL:
If you have purchased your tickets through TICKETMASTER and have not picked up the tickets already - please try to pick up your tickets in advance of the show at any Ticketmaster outlet with your Confirmation Number, Credit Card and ID. If you don’t have a chance to pick up your tickets in advance – there will be a Will Call on site at the East Main Gate. In order to pick up your tickets at Will Call, you MUST produce your ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets.

WEATHER:
This is an outdoor venue - please be prepared for the weather as the show will happen - rain or shine. Hats, sunglasses and sunscreen are advised.

SEATING:
Deer Lake Park is a general admission lawn seating environment and there are no reserved seats. Lawn chairs are permitted at this festival. To avoid sightline obstruction to fellow festival patrons, the only chairs allowed will be low back, legless chairs.

SPECIAL NEEDS SEATING:
If you are in need of a special needs seating area at Deer Lake Park – please contact Ticketmaster at 604-280-4444 with your confirmation number from your ticket order. They will make arrangements for you to sit in this area.

ON SITE:
There will be a variety of food and beverage options available.

WATER:
Free drinking water will be available at two (2) different locations on site. Only sealed plastic water bottles are permitted into site to be refilled.

WASHROOMS:
Only portable washrooms will be available on site as the Shadbolt Centre will be CLOSED on festival day.

PUBLIC PAY PHONE:
One public telephone is located at the Main East Gate.

ATM:
ATMs will be available on site located on S. Plaza.

"ART'S HOME"
Kid's arts activity zone is open from 3 pm to 8 pm. Children must be supervised by parent/guardian at all times.

SMOKING ZONE:
In consideration of your fellow festival goers, it would be greatly appreciated if smoking is restricted to the designated smoking area on the site.

GATE GUIDELINES:
• NO GLASS BOTTLES
• SMALL COOLERS WILL BE PERMITTED AND ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH
• NO ALCOHOL
• NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN COMMERCIALLY SEALED PLASTIC BOTTLES OR CANS WILL BE PERMITTED.
• NO PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS, RECORDERS OR VIDEO RECORDING EQUIPMENT
• NO UMBRELLAS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE - Plan for any weather .
• NO BANNERS
• NO "THROWING" OBJECTS ARE PERMITTED (beachballs, frisbees etc.)
• NO PETS (with the exception of working dogs)
• NO KNIVES OR WEAPONS
• NO LASER POINTERS
• NO TENTS OR CANOPIES
• NO INSTRUMENTS
