KEY FESTIVAL INFORMATION

FESTIVAL OPERATING TIMES:
2:00pm-10:00pm

MAIN GATE:
2:00PM-9:00PM
Located on the east side of the Shadbolt Centre
Available to patrons holding tickets, e-tickets, picking up and purchasing tickets
Single tickets are available for purchase at the box office on festival day

WESTGATE:
2:00PM-6:00PM
Located on the west side of the Shadbolt Centre
Available to patrons with tickets and e-tickets only

WILL CALL:
Purchased or reserved ticket pick up

ACCESSIBLITY*:
The park walkway is wheelchair accessible, and there will be special needs seating available on site. Should you require special needs seating, please contact the Shadbolt Centre Box office at 604.205.3000 where arrangements will be made for you. Parking is available in the surface lot off Deer Lake Avenue at Shadbolt Centre accessed from the east end of Deer Lake Avenue at Canada Way. SPARC Permit required.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Low back beach style chairs-not more than 8” in height off the ground
• Blanket
• Refillable water bottle
• Water (commercially sealed plastic bottle)
• Sunscreen
• Hat/Sunglasses
• Jackets
• Earplugs

WHAT TO LEAVE AT HOME: 
• Large tents or tarps
• Outside food and beverage or coolers (with the exception of water bottles – see above)
• Glass containers or cans
• Alcoholic beverages (beer and wine available for purchase on site)
• Fireworks
• Weapons (including knives of any kind)
• Frisbees or balls
• Umbrellas or shaded canopies
• Animals (working dogs permitted)
• Flags, signs on sticks or banners
• Barbeques or fires
• Professional Cameras (defined as any with a detachable lens or zoom lens that extends more than 2 inches) | Video/audio recording equipment (including tripods, Go Pros, selfie sticks, monopods)
• Musical Instruments
• Laser pointers

• A variety of food and beverages for purchase from vendors
• Beer and wine service (must be of 19 years of age to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages and produce 2 pieces of valid ID where one must be photo ID)
