Smokey Robinson: Lake Stage - 8:50-10:00pm
The legendary “King of Motown”, Smokey Robinson rose to fame in the 1950’s with the formation of his group the Matadors, which later became the world famous Miracles. While with The Miracles, Robinson also worked behind the scenes, composing and producing for the group and other Motown artists, contributing to the success of Motown Records and helping advance the popularity of soul music. In 1972, Robinson went solo, creating a more mellow sound for himself. As both a member of The Miracles and a solo artist, Robinson has recorded 37 Top 40 Hits, received the Best R&B Male Vocal Performance Grammy Award for “Just to See Her” and been inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings: Lake Stage - 7:25-8:25pm
Jones’ command of the stage has earned her the undeniable title of “Queen of Funk”, while relentless touring has built a growing reputation for Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings as the unrivaled frontrunners of old-school Soul and Funk music. Fueled by rave reviews of both their recorded releases Dap Dippin’ with Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings, Naturally, and 100 Days, 100 Nights mixed with their blistering live show, record sales and concert attendance have been continually rising across the globe.

Keb’Mo’: Lake Stage - 6:00-7:00pm
Keb’ Mo’ adopted his better known stage name when he was a young guitarist who became inspired by the force of the Delta Blues and its essential African-American legacy and storied bluesmen before him. Mo’s music is a purely post-modern expression of the artistic and journey that has transformed the blues over time. His distinctive sound embraces multiple eras and genres, including pop, rock folk and jazz.

David Lindley: Garden Stage - 5:10-5:55pm
Multi-instrumentalist David Lindley performs music that redefines the word "eclectic." Lindley, well known for his many years as the featured accompanist with Jackson Browne, and leader of his own band El Rayo-X, has long championed the concept of world music.

Raul Malo: Lake Stage - 4:20-5:05pm
On Lucky One, his first album of original material in seven years, Grammy winner Raul Malo has shed his musical shackles. Clearly, followers of Malo’s eclectic career - both with the Mavericks and after - know he’s always chafed at placing any confines on music.

Tinsley Ellis: Garden Stage - 3:30-4:15pm
Hard-rocking blues-soaked guitarist/vocalist/song-writer Tinsley Ellis sings and plays with the energy and soul of all the great Southern musicians who have come before him.

JJ Grey & Mofro: Lake Stage - 2:45-3:25pm
Grey comes from a long tradition of Southern musical storytellers and, like the best of the great Southern writers he fills his songs with details that are at once vivid and personal, political and universal. From raw funk to deep soul, blues and rock, JJ and his band Mofro deliver devastating live and recorded performances.

Oh Susanna: Garden Stage - 2:10-2:40pm
Short stories deliver brief but indelible journeys, much like Oh Susanna’s latest release of the same name. Over the last 10 years, Canadian raised Oh Susanna has garnered critical acclaim and loyal audiences around the world with her intimate songwriting skills and stirring vocals.

Rich Hope and His Evil Doers: Garden Stage - 1:30-2:00pm
Three years of incendiary live shows have brought Hope and his erstwhile tub-thumping partner the Cleethorpes Crasher aka Adrian Mack into their own idiom. Their latest album Whip It On Ya, is part Mississippi hill country blues, part rock ‘n’ roll, and in all ways the work of a two-man trio.
